The Shropshire Smokery was created with a vision of producing the very finest smoked foods, taking time to source and research the best quality produce, then using only traditional methods,
create an artisan brand that we are very proud of.
Our smokehouse is a 200 year old brick building in the heart of Shropshire. We use an old-style smoking kiln where real wood chippings are used to create our cold smoke, which is fed from the buildings original fireplace.
The smoke is produced from responsibly sourced sustainable real wood chippings that smoulder slowly.
